Plan accessible duct cleaning around your business

Commercial cleaning requests are easier to evaluate when the property contact shares the practical details first: the type of property, vent count, access windows, building rules and any operational restrictions. We serve Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties; the address and access conditions are confirmed before scheduling.

Start with the property context

A useful request identifies whether the site is an office, coworking space, retail or hospitality property, multi-unit or managed property, warehouse, or another light-commercial setting. Include the site contact, preferred access window and any approval or escort requirements so the proposed visit can be planned around normal operations.

If you use the fast estimator, it asks for Home or Business, vent count and a phone number. An accepted request returns a preliminary planning range and receipt, not a guaranteed final quote. Address, access, written scope, exclusions and final price are confirmed during follow-up.

What the commercial service covers

Commercial Air Duct Cleaning is limited to accessible duct openings that can be reached without dismantling the system. Registers and grilles remain in place. We do not open central equipment or remove system components, and the proposed work does not include repairs, equipment replacement, treatments or other services outside this cleaning scope.

The final written scope should identify the accessible areas, property rules, exclusions and proposed amount before authorization. If a concern requires evaluation of central equipment or a service outside accessible duct cleaning, arrange a separate evaluation with an appropriately qualified HVAC provider; it is not included here.

Choose the right request path

Commercial Air Duct Cleaning is for an operational property. Residential Air Duct Cleaning is available for a home, while Dryer Vent Cleaning addresses accessible lint in dryer exhaust routes. Each service remains subject to the same access review and written limitations.

Cleaning is not a diagnosis of every airflow, drying or equipment problem, and it does not eliminate fire risk. For dryer safety, keep the exhaust route and surrounding area maintained and follow appliance-safety guidance. For duct cleaning, a small amount of household dust alone is not proof that cleaning is needed; documented debris or particles entering occupied areas can be a reason to discuss scope.

Request a written plan

Before authorizing work, ask what can be reached, what remains excluded, what building permissions are needed and how the proposed amount was determined. A written scope makes comparisons clearer and leaves room to confirm access at the address.

Coverage is proudly offered in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, subject to address and access confirmation. Request a commercial cleaning plan with the details that matter to your property; the request is stored for owner follow-up, and coverage and final work remain subject to property review.

Duct-cleaning services

Three cleaning options for a more informed request.

The service page is the starting point. Actual work depends on accessible ducts and the final written scope; no system disassembly is offered.

A clear next step

Request a duct-cleaning quote with the details that matter for your property.

Choose the property type and vent count, then leave a phone number. The accepted request gives a preliminary range; your address and written proposal are reviewed during follow-up.
