2. Services and coverage

This site accepts inquiries about residential air duct cleaning, commercial air duct cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning only. Serving Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties (confirmed upon address verification). An inquiry does not guarantee service at a particular address, access, scheduling, or acceptance of a project.

Duct work is limited to accessible openings without dismantling the system. Registers and grilles stay in place. We do not open the air handler or remove system components. Work outside the written cleaning scope is not offered through this website.

3. Planning estimates and written proposals

An online amount is an illustrative planning range based on the details entered. It is not a final quote or a promise of results. The actual scope, accessible areas, exclusions, schedule, final price and payment terms must be confirmed in writing after review of the address and property. Any change to a proposal requires your review and approval before extra work.

4. Offers and pricing

Displayed starting prices and promotions may have eligibility conditions, exclusions, dates and property limitations. Do not rely on a promotional amount until the complete terms are confirmed directly for your property. An estimate does not lock a price or create a service agreement.

5. Scheduling, access and safety

A requested time is not a confirmed appointment. The property contact should disclose building rules, safe access requirements, hazards, pets, parking constraints, and authority to approve the proposed work. If conditions are unsuitable or access is not available, the scope may need revision or another provider.

6. Results and information

Educational content, representative photographs and comparison images do not establish that a particular property needs cleaning or guarantee a specific outcome. A separate signed agreement, if any, governs the authorized work. Website materials do not provide medical, environmental, engineering, legal or emergency advice. 7. Communications and privacy

Submitting a request authorizes a response concerning that inquiry; it does not itself grant permission for recurring marketing texts or calls.
