Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Air Duct Cleaning Now (“ADCN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit this website, use the planning estimator, request service information, change privacy preferences, or otherwise communicate with us. It applies to this website and not to third-party websites or services linked from it.

2. Information we collect

The current instant estimator asks only whether the property is a home or business, the number of vents, and a valid callback phone number. The website infers the relevant duct-cleaning service unless you started from a dryer-vent service page. The request, its preliminary planning range, page URL, time, and reference are saved before the range appears. Previously submitted requests may also contain a name, email, service address, ZIP code, square footage, or notes from the earlier form. We do not ask for those details in the current quick estimator; you may choose to share additional information by phone.

Technical information may include IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate region, timestamps, and interactions with forms or calls to action. Optional analytics technologies receive this information only after you grant analytics consent and only when valid analytics identifiers are configured.

3. How we use information

We may use information to respond to service inquiries, prepare or discuss a property-specific scope, schedule communications, maintain website security, prevent spam and fraud, honor privacy and accessibility preferences, improve website performance, comply with law, enforce applicable terms, and protect users, the business, and service providers. We do not use the browser-generated estimate as a final service quote.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential browser storage remembers cookie and accessibility preferences and supports basic site operation. Optional analytics may include Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, or configured site analytics. These optional tools do not load until you select “Accept all.” Selecting “Reject non-essential” keeps analytics disabled. You may change your choice at any time.

Interactive service-area maps use Google Maps. Viewing a map page can connect your browser to Google and share technical information such as your IP address, separately from our optional analytics setting. Google’s privacy practices may apply. The map shows a general orientation, not a business location; you can use the listed city links without interacting with it.

Videos on the blog use YouTube's privacy-enhanced player. No YouTube player, thumbnails, or requests are loaded merely by opening our pages. If you choose to play a video or open its YouTube link, your browser connects to YouTube/Google, whose cookies and privacy practices may apply independently of our optional analytics setting. Do not press Play if you do not want to connect to YouTube.

5. Disclosure to service providers

When a production lead destination is configured, submitted information may be sent to contracted providers that support lead routing, scheduling, hosting, analytics, communications, security, or customer management. Providers should receive only information reasonably necessary for their function and should be subject to appropriate contractual and security obligations. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction.

6. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

The current website is not configured to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If future advertising or data practices change this statement, this Policy and the site’s opt-out controls must be updated before those practices begin. You may use Cookie Preferences to reject non-essential analytics.

7. State privacy rights

Depending on where you live and whether applicable legal thresholds are met, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of certain personal information; to know categories of information collected, sources, purposes, and recipients; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling; and to appeal a denied request. California residents may also have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

To submit a request, email support@airductcleannow.com or use the contact page and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify identity and authority before responding. Authorized agents may be required to provide signed permission and independent identity verification.

8. Retention and security

Information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including service follow-up, legal obligations, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping. The owner must publish and apply a production retention schedule when lead delivery is activated. Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards may reduce risk, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Children and external links

This website is intended for adults requesting property services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Links to third-party websites are governed by those parties’ privacy practices, not this Policy.

10. Updates and contact

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, vendors, or business practices. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published. For privacy questions or requests, email support@airductcleannow.com, use the contact page or call (305) 725-9018.
